Living Well Service – Summer Schedule
The Living Well Service is delivered by Cheshire and Wirral Partnership NHS Foundation Trust is a fully drop in basis and providing routine UK immunisations, health-checks, and mental well-being support at the heart of communities. The service will be available across the Wirral over the next few weeks at the below locations:
